Questo forno per porcellana sottovuoto viene utilizzato principalmente per la lavorazione della polvere di porcellana dentale. Il forno è riscaldato su quattro lati. Rispetto al tradizionale forno a muffola e al forno di cristallizzazione, il campo di temperatura è più uniforme e la corona cotta ha una migliore permeabilità e consistenza. Il forno per porcellana è l'attrezzatura ideale per la fabbrica di lavorazione di protesi.


Ccaratteristica:

1. Funzione di regolazione automatica della temperatura, piccolo errore di temperatura effettiva.

2. Nel forno viene utilizzata la fibra di allumina policristallina, con resistenza alle alte temperature e lunga durata.

3. Il riscaldamento adotta un riscaldatore a spirale al quarzo e la cavità di lavoro è pura e priva di inquinamento

4. Touch screen a colori reali, 99 programmi personalizzati e programmi integrati, facile da usare.

High-Power 20kHz Ultrasonic Welding Machine for Pouch Battery Packs The ultrasonic welding system consists of an ultrasonic generator, transducer, welding mold (horn), pneumatic components, machine frame, and other parts.   Working Principle: The transducer converts the high-power ultrasonic frequency oscillating signal generated by the ultrasonic generator into mechanical energy of the corresponding frequency. This energy is applied to the interface of the metal sheets to be welded. At this interface, heat is instantly generated, causing the particles in the metal lattice to activate. As a result, the molecules at the joining interface permeate into each other and form a solid weld.   I.
